Love seat twins...

This was my neighbor's love seat (one of two) in November 2015. I was thinking: how nice to have work come in in the winter!

However, fabric issues ensued: after weeks of looking for the right fabric, what was ordered was not shipped.

After more delay, the perfect fabric was found locally! I started sewing on May 18th and Kate's custom slipcovers were finally installed today.

This is a heavy weight plain weave cotton which I pre-washed to reduce shrinkage when washing after installation. Hook & Loop tape was used to secure the hems to give a snug look. Generous arm protectors are designed to stay in place.

Decorator pillows added.
